Financing agent

On its own: Ranks options by cost and prepares the application file.
With your approval: The application; only you start it.
Never: Never applies on your behalf.

Portfolio agent

On its own: Watches due dates; points out endorsement and collection opportunities and concentration.
With your approval: Endorsement and collection slips, instalment vouchers.
Never: Never endorses without telling you.

Connection watcher

On its own: Tries the banks, tests the balance chain, warns of password expiry.
With your approval: Changes to bank credentials.
Never: Never sees or shows the bank password.

How approval works

Every entry that goes to Logo goes with your approval.
Certain matches are approved in one click in the morning.
Amounts above your threshold go to a second approver.
Every posted voucher is read back from Logo; a batch posted in error is reversed with a counter entry and the trail remains.

Assistant

Opens from every screen and takes voice questions. It shows the source of each answer; the action it suggests arrives as an approval card.
